Nissan NOTE e-POWER & NISMO

The Nissan Note e-POWER is powered by Nissan LEAF’s popular 40kwh electric motor with a theoretical range of upto 1200kms!

Unlike a hybrid vehicle – the Nissan NOTE has a fully electric motor but with a petrol generator that charges its battery system.

Its 1.2L petrol powered generator charges a 1.5 kWh battery that in turn runs the 40kwh electric motor. Due to having a petrol generator – there is no requirement to plug in and charge your vehicle… EVER.

The petrol generator and regenerative braking function can provide a combined theoretical fuel economy of 2.9L/100kms – allowing for long intervals between re-fueling the charging generator.

A great solution for those that love the advantages of owning an electric car but require the long daily range between charges!
